Purchase conditions:
We aim to make buying our products as easy and fast as possible.
When the order is accomplished by the personnel of our shop we need some time to deliver the product by using the RABEN courier.

EXPECTED TIME = ORDER ACCOMPLISHMENT + DELIVERY TIME

It takes 1 up to 5 working days to accomplish the order.

Attention!
Our suppliers do not work on Saturdays, Sundays and on Public holidays.

Delivery time by RABEN courier takes 7 working days (in EU countries) plus time to accomplish the order. A dispatch notice with phone request is left by the courier in case the recipient is not at home. Please make sure that all the address data are filled up correctly.

Delivery information:
Ordered products are delivered in EU countries ONLY and by RABEN courier only - transport cost will be calculated individually.

Payment conditions:
Prepayment on our bank account against the pro-forma invoice, before the product is delivered.
We hope that in near future payments by credit cards will be accepted.

The main condition to shop online is to place a correct filled in order with your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number in our internet shop www.omniwood.eu.
www.omniwood.eu has the rights to refuse or cancel any "suspected" orders if the name, telephone and other mailing data are not given correctly.
You can order any products from our shop 24 hours / a day for the whole year. All the orders placed on Saturdays after 2 p.m, Sundays or Public Holidays will be looked into the next working day.

www.omniwood.eu has the rights to withdraw some of the products out of sale.

www.omniwood.eu issues VAT invoices.

www.omniwood.eu allows the guarantee reclamations only when warranted. Claims regarding the difference of ordered products with the one shown in our internet shop resulting with wrong screen parameters set-up will not be considered.
On arrival please inspect all the goods for damage. Any damage or shortfall must be clearly written on the courier's delivery note that will be used as evidence of this. No claims for damage or shortfall will be accepted if the details of damage or shortfall are not written on the driver's delivery note.

The Customer has the right to return goods within ten days of receipt without giving a reason.

Goods returned must be in their original packing. Factory packaged goods must be returned unopened. The Customer must arrange transportation and cover all costs involved in transporting the goods back.
